Transmission of sensitive payment information (such as credit card numbers) through designated purchase forms is secured by an SSL/TLS encrypted connection in accordance with industry standards; and PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards) certification.
Return policy

Free return for a period of 14 days from the date of collection/receipt of the order.
To do so, please contact us to carry out the procedure. Check that the parts are in perfect condition and in their original packaging.

- Request a voucher from Nova Banca in the equivalent amount
- Receive a refund for your order
Shipping Policy​

All our prices include all taxes and fees, no surprises. Shipping costs vary depending on the destination region. It should be noted that the stipulated deadlines are those informed by CTT, however, orders may take longer to arrive, due to variables beyond its control.
For shipments outside Portugal, please contact us to carry out the procedure.
